Overview

Promata TPMS booster (truck booster) strengthens TPMS sensor signals and helps increase the TPMS repeater increase sensors' signal distance. It is suitable for Promata TPMS installed in long vehicles or vehicles with electronic interference. To increase the TPMS sensor signals effectively, place the booster close to the sensors and equidistant from all sensors (i.e., in the middle of all sensors).

Booster Installation for truck

What you need:

1. Install the booster on the truck/prime mover or caravan/trailer, as close to the sensors as possible and roughly equidistant from all tyres for optimal signal strength. (E.g, in green part in image below:)
2. Connect the booster to a power and ground source. Common power sources include the park lights or auxiliary lights. Solder the wire connections and cover them with protective sheathing to ensure secure connections.
3. Secure the waterproof booster firmly underneath the vehicle using screws or cable ties. Ensure the front face points away from metal parts and is not in direct contact with metal.

Optional Repeater/Booster:

•      Repeater/booster is not included in the 6 wheel kit and needs to be purchased separately

•      Repeater/booster is required if sensor to display distance is over 10m

•      Repeater/booster increases sensor monitoring range to 30m
