TC-01 Trailer Repeater Installation

What you need:

• Install the repeater on the trailer itself, as close as possible to all trailer sensors. Preferably, position it around the middle-to-rear area of the sensors, as shown in green in the image below.
• 
• For the TC-01 repeater used with MATA 7, it can be installed anywhere around the middle of the sensors, as the sensor number does not need to be visible.

1. Power Connection:

• Connect the repeater to the same power circuit as the display, using a power source that is active when the engine is running. Common options include the park lights or auxiliary lights. For wiring, PIN 7 or PIN 15 is recommended.
• The repeater consumes very little power, so battery drain is minimal.
• Solder the wire connections and cover them with protective sheathing to ensure secure and reliable connections.

Secure the repeater firmly to the trailer using screws or cable ties. Silicone adhesive can also be used where appropriate.

Once installed, the repeater communicates trailer tyre sensor data to the display. With Promata's Automatic Hook-Drop feature, the system automatically recognizes compatible TPMS-equipped trailers when they are connected or disconnected from the truck.

Optional Repeater/Booster:

• Repeater will be installed on trailer and receive trailer sensor data, if trailer is required, please install it.
• This repeater is fitting with a truck towing with only 1 trailer, if multiple trailers towing with 1 truck, please advise with us.
